Welcome to the Benders Landing community web site. Benders Landing is a single-family, acreage community located in Spring, Texas. With over 700 home sites nestled in the woods, and conveniently located minutes away from the Hardy Toll Road and Interstate 45, Benders Landing has become one of the fastest growing communities in South Montgomery County.
