This year we have added the option to vote electronically using a third-party platform. Each property with an email on file will receive an email invitation to vote from the community voting site. Please be sure to add this email address ([email protected]) to your safe sender list/address book so you can participate in the vote.
If you still have NOT received your registration link you can visit the site directly at https://benderslanding.ivotehoa.com/register , so you can vote online. OR Please contact the office at 713-329-7100 to get your code.
Voting online is easy and quick! You will have three steps!
- Receive the email and click the link to go to the voting site (or go to the voting site and enter your code)
- Register for the vote by entering your name, email, and creating a password
- Make your choices on the ballot and submit
When your vote is complete, you will receive both an onscreen confirmation and an email that the vote has been recorded. The entire process takes only a few minutes.
Online voting has begun! Your online ballot will allow you to vote for quorum purposes only or vote for two (2) Directors. There is one (1) ballot allowed per household/lot.
Alternatively, you may vote by paper ballot. Please contact [email protected] if you are in need of a paper ballot. Paper ballots can completed and dropped off , mailed to Associa’ s office at 25227 Grogans Mill Rd #255, The Woodlands, TX 77380 and emailed to the community manager at [email protected].
