To make payment towards your assessments, please use this link below for processing. You will be asked to select the name of your association to access the log in page for payment. If you are using the portal for the 1st time you will need to register for an account.
Payment Fee Schedule
Annual assessments are due January 1 st of every year. Failure to process a payment by the deadline can
result in additional fees and legal escalation.
A late notice fee of $50.00 will be applied to the account after February 10 th of each year.
A certified notice fee of $50.00 will be applied to the account after March 10 th of each year.
